Josh Carter, and his wife, Katie, both grew up in Prattville, AL before attending Auburn University. Josh became a Christian at an early age, but he developed a passion for preaching and teaching God’s Word while in college. After graduation, the Carters began working with the church in Northport, AL, where Josh trained with David Maxson from 2015-2018. From there, they moved to San Francisco, CA to help another couple plant a new local congregation in the Mission District from 2018-2021. Josh and Katie have now been working with the Lawrenceville church since March 2021.
Josh and Katie have been married since 2013. Their three children are Milo, Elisa, and Bonnie.
